Blocking email at the domain level is not working in iCloud

I keep getting random senders from suddenlinkmail.com. I use icloud web mail. I have rules setup to move email to junk as @suddenlinkmail.com and simply listing suddenlinkmail.com. It does not work. I am getting like 100 emails a day from that domain for weeks now. So much so I am contemplating using a different email provider since I cannot block junk. Help please.
