Call on other devices malfunctioning

I have an iPhone 5c which has my Sim Card in it and a Carrier Locked iPhone XR on iOS 16.5 I have turned on Call on Other Devices on my iPhone 5c and enabled it. I have the same Wifi as well as same FaceTime and Apple ID on both phones. I was able to receive calls on my iPhone XR from iPhone 5c a day ago but it was showing Unknown instead of contact name but I was able to make a receive calls on my iPhone XR. It was also malfunctioning before then I Reset Network Settings on both phones and it got working but as mentioned above. I have even git both phones hard reset but still no progress. Although I can use messages and send and receive new messages from my iPhone XR when both phones are connected to same network. Kindly help me. And yeah my both phones don’t have same name so kindly guide me with a working solution.
