iPad Pro 12.9 two fingers turn page gesture is not working after update to iPadOS 16!

Hi Guys,

Need some help over here.

I am first time getting an iPad (12.9 M1) few days ago. It was everything good until I updated it to iPadOS 16 (from 15).

My two finger turn page/previous gesture on the iPad screen was suddenly not working anymore! iPad detects the finger touch but the app/page just not turning back or forth anymore (it works like Mac touch pad before update). I tried with safari to read article, gesture is not working. I tried with App Store, it does not goes back to previous page as well.

I have contact apple support, we have tried:

1. Touch setting, nothing happened.
2. AssistiveTouch, nothing to do with it.
3. Reset all settings, still the same.
4. Reset to factory default, still the same.
5. I suspect is hardware failure but 4 finger gesture works fine (shrinking app).

Apple support have confirmed that the 2 finger gesture function was not removed from the update.

They told me to send to nearest Machine/Apple retailer to check on it, but before I send it to them, just want to check in the community, do you have similar issue? how do you solve it?

I do not have keyboard. I am referring to the screen.
