15% Battery Health Drop in Two Months

Hello, I am just wondering if a battery health drop from 100 to 85 in just two months is normal? I would also like to note that my phone dies after two hours and usually gets hot while charging without using anything in the background. Should I look for service options or wait until it reaches 80% to get a battery replacement from Apple?
