No Response error on HomeKit
Mersoss Smart Plugs Not Responding after multiple days of power loss. They work fine in the Mersoss App, Google Home, and Alexa App, just not Apple Homekit. The majority of the time Homekit is always a problem. Very seldom do I have issues with the other Home control apps. I am a big Apple Product user and really want to use the HomeKit, because of my interface preference. I have rebooted my modem, mesh network, unplugged the smart plugs, and even deleted one and re-added it. Nothing seems to work. I even called Apple Help Line, but the woman seemed to be clueless. Any suggestions?
