refund for 4.99 each month
I have no idea why APPLE charge me for $4.99 each month from April, and I can't found any purchased it should be charged, I just to get refund and stop this.

The process for refunding a purchase through the App Store and linked to your Apple ID can be found here - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
Is it possible this is because you're in a Family Share as the organizer? If you are the organizer, and Purchase Sharing is enabled, all purchases go through the shared Family Share payment method. This is usually the default payment method on your Apple ID.
If you're not in a Family Share and are unfamiliar with the charge, I would advise changing your Apple ID password and Apple device passcodes.
