wrong email on Apple ID in the APP store
the prompt that pops up asking to sign in to the app store has an email address that is not associated with my Apple ID - there is nowhere to change it or log out. I've not had an issue before purchasing or updating my app store & don't have any new devices.
I can sign into all my devices with my correct Apple ID with no problems
I have looked everywhere in Apple, spent hours online with Apple help - waited 3 weeks for the reset date - which didn't arrive
Please can anyone assist in correcting this?
