Contact Apple. Verizon folks in stores are sales people, with no technical skills. Verizon fired all of its store techs several years ago.

If it continues, and Maximum Capacity is over 80%, the next step would be to restore the phone to factory settings.
It is very possible that the connector between the battery and phone is loose. Scheduling a Genius Bar appointment would be a great step, and you aren't charged unless you decide to act on their advice.

That is impossible, based on way batteries are installed, unless the phone has been worked on by an incompetent technician. The connector is held in with 2 screws.
That is not normal; it may indicate a failing battery. Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health; what is the maximum capacity, and is there a message that battery may be degraded?
Battery good, no abnormal depletion.
Done, no changes. Verizon folks took out SIM card and put back in, no change. Phone is out of warranty by several months. They recommend just getting new phone.
