How to fix Google Pay compatibility issue on iPhone 6s for App Store payments?

My iPhone 6s updated to ios 15.7.7 but it’s required only iOS 13.0 or later shows on App Store app compatibility but still not supported google pay, while activating account it shows as per upi guidelines, upi payments are not supported on iPhone 6 and 6s

GPAY has stopped functioning.

I think apple has to update our software so that our device starts functioning as usual.UPI apps are not responsible as far as I understand.
