Have had the charger for just over a month now and plugged in and not moved for a couple of weeks and had been working fine. It now won’t charge my watch and keeps pinging on and off non stop and it’s hit and miss with my phone too. I have tried different cables and plugs with the same result.
Resolution:
I bought my product in May 2023. It starts and stops charging every second. I contacted Apple Support and I was directed to contact Mophie support.

I am also having the same issue after updating to iOS 16.5.1(a)
Are we thinking this is a software bug that is causing the charger no longer be compatible?

Thats not fair jKopa. I have only had mine since the end of May, so maybe thats why they honoured it.
I’m in the UK btw.
I try Apple support and Apple Care to initiate return and refund - none of them know about it. There is a huge gap within Apple communication-wise.
Any updates anyone? Extemely quit at zagg.. 😏
