Have had the charger for just over a month now and plugged in and not moved for a couple of weeks and had been working fine. It now won’t charge my watch and keeps pinging on and off non stop and it’s hit and miss with my phone too. I have tried different cables and plugs with the same result.
Resolution:
I bought my product in May 2023. It starts and stops charging every second. I contacted Apple Support and I was directed to contact Mophie support.

I’m still pretty frustated having payed 40 euro for a mistake off Zagg.. And nothing i can do about it. Even let me pay 5 euro for shipping the firmware update. What did it cost zagg, nothing..
I am surprised Apple would sell such an awful product. I constantly have trouble charging..goes in and out..a complete waste of money.
