If your Beats Studio 3 headphones are not charging, there could be a few potential causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Ensure that the charging cable you are using is undamaged and securely connected to both the headphones and a power source. Try using a different charging cable or adapter to rule out any cable-related issues.
  • Make sure the power source you are using is functioning correctly. Try plugging the charging cable into a different USB port or wall adapter to see if the headphones start charging.
  • Over time, dirt, debris, or lint can accumulate in the charging port of the headphones, preventing a proper connection. Use a clean, soft-bristled brush or a can of compressed air to gently clean the charging port.
  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve charging issues. Turn off the headphones, disconnect them from any devices, and leave them powered off for a few minutes. Then, turn them back on and attempt to charge them again.
  • Performing a factory reset on the Beats Studio 3 headphones may help resolve charging problems. To do this, press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes. Then, reconnect the headphones to the charging cable and see if they start charging.

If none of the above steps work, it is possible that there is a hardware issue with your headphones. In that case, reach out to the official Beats customer support or visit an authorized service center for assistance.
