Click on your device icon next to where it says Music at the top. Your device icon should appear there. Clicking on it will select it and it should open the Summary window.
Are you certain that you are using iTunes 12.10 or later (for MS Windows 10/11) - and not an earlier version of iTunes for Windows 7/8?
I took a screenshot. Could you tell whats going on please?
Opened Itunes. I connected Ipad to my PC again.
On Ipad : It shows device is connected.
On PC : It shows Ipad is connected.
On left panel there I can see my device. But there is no summary menu.
