MacBook Pro 2017 internet recovery not working

Hello,


I tried to factory reset my MacBook. But i ve got stuck at spinning globe and i cannot connect to wifi (putting in right password but nothing happend i tried 3 different wifi networks) even ethernet is not working. I also tried to make bootable USB but i cannont get into any options then spinning globe. Does anybody know what to do ? https://youtu.be/6jeHwSymo34

Problem solved ! Iam from Czech Republic so i was trying to use keyboard as Czech one but it was acting like English one. And other problem was that i have to press OPT + CMD + R instead of CMD + R becouse with CMD + R you will try to reinstall macOS with which it comes from the factory in my case High Sierra and thats outdated and Apple doesnt support this OS anymore. So with OPT + CMD + R you will get into installing macOS Ventura and everything will work fine.
