iPad Air keeps restarting and I am getting 4013 when try to restore. HELP!!!

Hi,

My new iPad Air 5 gen keeps restarting showing Apple logo in a loop.

Tried some suggested fixes:

  1. Pressing rapidly in the start button
  2. Reset the devise by pressing the - volume up - volume down - start button

It worked, the iPad ceased from restarting and offered restore.

Connected it to my PC and started restore procedure with iTunes.

The restore did not succeed and I got 4013 error.

Tried it again as Apple suggests but got the same result.

Please help if anyone had that problem with iPad and managed to fix it, Thanks!
