This Apple ID is not active.

Hi, i was creating new account for another region downloading some games. At first nothing happened. But after few hours after creating new account, suddenly pop up appear asking me to sign-in again. Then, until now i can't re-login to my new account because it always said 'This Apple is not active.'


I was creating new account using ng*****@icloud.com. The email still on my mail app, there is another email mentioned that 'Account Error : iCloud' but i can't open the email because it says 'Cannot Get Mail, The connection to the server failed.'


Tldr, my new account was stuck on my phone, cannot be logged out, cannot change password, cannot find the email used as ID.


Was trying to reach apple support on my region, even scheduled for call a week ago but no one call me to fix this problem.
