Lastly, if the very good options provided in the replies so far don’t help, always keep in mind that any data stored on your iPhone is VERY securely protected by it’s passcode.
If your passcode is truly secure - preferably long - and not easily guessed, your data will remain quite well protected.
Screen was gone and frozen
Might be worth a try to see if you can erase the phone using Find My.
