Why I can't charge my Iphone and Ipad but when I'm charging my airpods using the type c to lighting charger it is working? It is the same charger I'm using. It shows accesory not supported.

"Accessory not supported" suggests you may be using a damaged or non-certified cable or power adapter. Your iPhone and iPad have much more advanced software, and a screen to give their opinion so they probably check in more detail than your AirPods. Try using known genuine Apple charging accessories and see if you get a different result.
