How print page so content appears larger than on original docuy

I have converted a PDF document (all text) into Pages using macOS Preview. I now need to print the converted document on my HP OfficeJet Pro 9018. The text of the converted pages document does not fill up the space on a letter sized page. How do I expand the text so that it spreads out to cover the full printed output page.
