Can you downgrade from iOS 17 beta 3 to the 16.5?

I’m wondering if there’s anyway to downgrade my iOS version from iOS 17 beta 3 to the previous version of iOS 16.5, and is there anyway to still keep the files, DuckDuckGo, bookmarks, contact information and photos I have gotten since the upgrade?

I also have two more questions, the first thing that if I am on a beta update, will I still be able to receive the rapid security response updates like the one that was just released with iOS 16.5.1?

Last question is if I were to set up my iPhone as a new device, and were able to choose backups, and choose an older back up, will I be able to use the newest backup if I decide to later on? Thanks and advance.
