My dad has Apple Music family sharing and mine is not working

Has he shared Apple Music with you?
Do you see the shared music subscription in Settings ➜ Family?
Have you tried going to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ Sign Out and signing baked in?
