My new macbook air (bought two days ago) won't let use my fingerprint to access it until I enter a password, but none of my three known apple passwords (for my iphone, ipad, and my apple account) work, and now it says I have to wait 8 hours to try again. Plus my attempt to get support from apple at their phone number said I have to give them my credit card to get help. What do I do? Thanks
