Apple Watch 8 GPS got crazy 🚧

Hi folks! My Apple Watch 8, running on the latest WatchOS 9.5.2, does not track location properly, moreover, they chaotically switch my location while jogging, showing me on the top of the building or at the parallel street. I've already tried all the available options, like calibrating the watch, deleting fitness tracking data, turning all the location-related services on the iPhone on, etc. There are no interactions in the environment around me since my Apple Watch 4 did a great job of tracking a location just a few days ago, and iPhone alone does this exercise precisely.

1) Did anyone face these issues?

2) Is there a chance it might be caused by that Apple Watch 8 do not use iPhone GPS and relays on its own only?
