Can’t sign in to Apple TV

I have correct email and Apple ID. Error message is N/64BO5FE4

Please try these steps. Only go to the next step if needed.

  1. Reset the Apple TV app, then try signing in again;
  2. Delete and reinstall the Apple TV app, then try signing in again;
  3. Restart the streaming device, then try signing in again.


Sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using the Apple ID account that has the subscription(s) or purchases linked to it.
