Phone not connecting to server that’s not supposed to be here

I just wanted to know if anyone found out how to get rid of “captive something by Nokia” it shows up when I’m at home , i have Spectrum, and I don’t want to do what was said, im just gonna try and reset my Network. I think it might be what that other person was saying that the updates on our iOS might have bugs, makes sense. I was just wondering. Thank Y’all!! 🤪🤪🤪☮️

For people having trouble with iphones that “can’t connect to the server” the culprit in my case was the advanced settings in Safari. I turned them all off and my problem was solved. To do so, I went to settings, then Safari, then “advanced” and then to “Experimental Features”. I turned them all off and the problem went away!! SHAME ON Apple FOR LARDING OUR IPHONES UP WITH 173 FEATURES HIDDEN IN THIS MANNER!!!! The standard setting enables about 90 of these and each and every one of these features taxes the **** out of the iphone and plays havoc with trying to connect to the server!! TURN THEM ALL OFF IS WHAT I DID.
