iPhone timer sounds

so, I use my iPhone timer every night and have it set to “turn off” after a half hour of watching a movie or listening to music. Where I have a problem is say during the day when I ask Siri to set a timer for cooking and I need to hear the timer then the food is ready. Problem is that Siri just turns off the phone after the allotted time because it is the default I have for going or bed. Is there any way to have Siri set a “kitchen timer” with an audible tone so it doesn’t just turn off without making any alarm? I know I can do this manually in timer, but I’d like to know if anyone knows how to set Siri to make an audible sounds after I ask for say a twenty minute kitchen timer. Please help. Thank you
