Freestyle Libre 2 app unresponsive

I updated my iPhone software to 16.5.1 this morning and then as soon as I restarted the Librelink app just keeps showing me a blank white screen before it eventually quits on itself. The app is no longer showing in the App Store either so I dare not delete it as it looks like I can’t reinstall it. Can’t get through to Abbott Custoner Services either so just trying to find out if anyone else is having the same problem?

When you read the write up by App developer on these app, none of these apps show compatibility with the iOS Health App.

FreeStyle Libre 3 – US on the App Store

FreeStyle Libre 2 - US on the App Store

FreeStyle LibreLink - US on the App Store


At the same time the Blood Glucose Section in the Health shows few Apps and Freestyle Libre is not one of them.



Probably you are using third-party apps and/or a third-party device.


If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party apps or a specific website or a product then please contact the app developer or site publisher/host or the manufacturer directly. Here is how
