Hi there,
I too have the same issue for a few days now.

Having done what you have been suggested to by previous Contributor.
This appears to be a System Wide issue on the computer.
Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.
This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.
It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer
The application is free or paid from added features.
The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information.

Out of respect to the Original Contributors efforts to assist.
Better I defer to @leroydouglas to have first crack on analyzing the Report
I do see some Third Party Software of concern though.
Anything I should do next? Thanks
Patience, as not everyone is in the same Time Zone.
You appear to be in Europe, I am in Eastern 🇨🇦 and I am aware that @leyroydouglas is West Coast USA

A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled.
Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
I said it was legit cause I know that pirate software can also mess with your system. Some have proper uninstaller other I use both app cleaner and easy find to get the remaining. Pretty efficient imo.
Thanks

Probably less so than "legitimate" software. Malware in pirated software is designed to not cause system issues so you don't know it is there collecting your personal data.

If it doesn't have a proper uninstaller, you should never install it in the first place. That pretty much flags it as a future problem.
