- Firmware Update: Currently, the firmware version of my AirPods Pro is 3A283. However, I noticed on the Apple website that there are more recent firmware versions available. Despite connecting my AirPods Pro to my iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro M2, I have not been able to initiate an automatic update or receive any firmware update prompts. I have attempted to reset the device, but it did not resolve the issue. Could you please provide detailed instructions on how to update my AirPods Pro to the latest firmware version?
- Connectivity Issue with iPhone SE 1st Gen: Whenever I connect my AirPods Pro to my iPhone SE 1st Gen, I encounter frequent automatic disconnections and reconnections, happening approximately every 5 seconds, especially when I am not actively listening to music or watching videos. This issue disrupts the overall user experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution or any troubleshooting steps to resolve this connectivity problem.
