Pro Apps Bundle for Education - why does it take so long to send out the codes? (Updated from 2022)

Today is July 15, 2023, and a problem that has been existing as far as I can tell from 2019 with trying to get Final Pro Bundle download and codes has not been fixed. It takes 1-3 business days to simple get a link and a license? This is APPLE! This is 2023! Nowhere in the modernized world, let alone APPLE, the company on cutting edge technology, should it take up to 3 days to simply purchase and get the sofware and codes!

In January 2022, a post on this site stated that someone called support and was able to get a good Apple specialist that was able to get the codes sent within 30 minutes. I am still on hold with a specialist for 30 minutes and counting, trying to get the codes. I keep getting a response that it can and will take up to 3 days, as if that is acceptable? I just bought a MAC Book Pro M2 Max yesterday, so over $3.5k in hardware at the store, but now can't work on a project over the weekend and need to wait for no good reason?

The specialist just got back after a long wait and said there are no managers available? Really APPLE, really??? What has happened to this company? How can their Customer Service, which they market as being the best in the industry drop the ball so badly here?

I hope someone from Apple reads this, because this is totally not acceptable in today's world or even 5 years ago!
