Okay so I was using the notes app to draw when the iPad was locked, but during drawing the highlighter tool made the color look weird so I tried using the color pick tool and now it won’t go away. I also can’t click anything on the screen except a small part at the bottom, but it seems like pop ups still work. but I can’t power it off because I can’t touch the screen.
