Beats switch-a-roo

I recently sent in my black Beats for warranty service. I was informed that they would be repaired or a replacement would be sent. Fast forward and my replacement came in the mail. When I opened the box, they were not even the same color. When I contacted customer service, they indicated that they did not have to send me the same color and that it was in some kind of document. At no time during the initial warranty ticket did anyone provide me with this documentation or tell me that this was a possibility. So now I have an expensive pair of headphones that I don’t even like and I’m being told that I can’t do anything about it. Has anyone else encountered this?
