I signed up for Apple TV on 7/11/23. It is already asking for credentials as if it has expired already.
Why has my free trial stopped 2 months early?

The free offer is for those who purchase qualifying hardware and upon activation of that device it will need to be claimed within 3 months. The standard trial is for 7 days. You can verify the subscription and billing date by going into your account. You can also contact Apple support.
