mail app rule forwarding not working

hi,

i have multiple accounts on my Mail app.

there is google form that sends responses to my google account, i receive those emails and manually forward them to a business mail.

when i make a rule for forwarding and done everything correctly the system still not applying the rule

is this an issue due to multiple email accounts or is there another setting i need to amend?

If iCloud is involved try turning off Mail in iCloud— make some change /edit /add rules and save; re-enable iCloud Mail and compare your results.


no change try signing out of icloud/AppleID and back in again.
