Error code N/64BAFBB9

I keep getting this error code while trying to sign into my Roku TV, I am using the correct password and sign in information as I used it to sign in on my phone and got right in! I tried to delete the app, unplugged the TV, redownload the app still having the issue! What is the problem?

We'd like to share some suggestions to help with your login issue. We would recommend looking at isolating where the issue roots to. We would suggest seeing if you can sign into Manage your Apple ID on the same network you are connected to. If you are able to sign in with no issue, this would isolate to Roku. If this is isolated to Roku, you can follow Roku Support to contact them and see what help can be offered.
