Bluetooth: Not Available

I tried to connect my earbuds to my MacBook Pro this morning, and was informed that bluetooth was not available. I've tried re-booting and several other things, but no luck. Bearing in mind that I am not tech-savy AT ALL, can anyone help me out with this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
