Bluetooth: Not Available

I tried to connect my earbuds to my MacBook Pro this morning, and was informed that bluetooth was not available. I've tried re-booting and several other things, but no luck. Bearing in mind that I am not tech-savy AT ALL, can anyone help me out with this?

Bluetooth connectivity not working since upgrading to Monterey 12.7.2 My Doqaus bluetooth headphones are no longer connecting to my MacBook Air since upgrading to Monterey 12.7.2. The headphones are working normally on an older MacBook Air with Big Sur 11.7, as well as with an iPhone. No hardware issues detected after running Apple Diagnostics, and I've tried nearly every other course of action, i.e., unpairing the headphones and restarting, finding and deleting the bluetooth plist file, resetting the bluetooth module, etc. Any advice?
