I bought open box AirPods and watch and they are still under another Apple ID

I bought AirPods Pro Max and Apple Watch as open box items. Both are still attached to the previous owners Apple ID and I purchased through Walmart/Amazon so I can’t contact them. I’d like to move under my own Apple ID

AirPods Pro linked to previous owner I have legitimately purchased a pair of AirPods Pro Gen2 and the previous owner has unpaired them and removed them from his Find My. The problem is that although I can pair them to my devices and they show at my location and the previous owner can longer see them, they will not add to my Apple ID as it states they are still registered to the previous owner D*******@gmail.com . Why are they still doing this when the previous owner has followed the correct procedure to remove them?

So the problem is about airpods pro 2 nd genreation Hello! I purchased a used pair of 2nd generation AirPods from a store, but it turns out they are still linked to the previous owner’s Apple ID. I don’t have any contact with them, and I can’t unlink the device myself. My iPhone shows notifications indicating that the device is being tracked through the Find My app. Since I am the legitimate owner and have proof of purchase, I am requesting your assistance in unlinking the AirPods from the previous owner’s account. Return them for a refund. They won’t be useful to you.
