Hello! I purchased a used pair of 2nd generation AirPods from a store, but it turns out they are still linked to the previous owner’s Apple ID. I don’t have any contact with them, and I can’t unlink the device myself. My iPhone shows notifications indicating that the device is being tracked through the Find My app.
Since I am the legitimate owner and have proof of purchase, I am requesting your assistance in unlinking the AirPods from the previous owner’s account. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your help in resolving this issue.
