So the problem is about airpods pro 2 nd genreation

Hello! I purchased a used pair of 2nd generation AirPods from a store, but it turns out they are still linked to the previous owner’s Apple ID. I don’t have any contact with them, and I can’t unlink the device myself. My iPhone shows notifications indicating that the device is being tracked through the Find My app.

Since I am the legitimate owner and have proof of purchase, I am requesting your assistance in unlinking the AirPods from the previous owner’s account. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your help in resolving this issue.

Unfortunately for you, the previous owner is the legitimate owner. You likely bought AirPods that were stolen or lost. Or the original simply forgot to remove them from their Apple ID making them still the owner. You will not be able to use those AirPods. Return them and request a refund.
