Download accessory firmware

I am trying to connect my phone to my tv with a hdmi dongle. It I get the error “download accessory firmware”. I hit ok but nothing is happening. The very top of my phone shows that it is connected (pic included). The other article about this the guy basically gave up because it was working on other devices he had. I only have this phone. I gave the latest iOS downloaded. Tv works fine. Just the phone???
