Thank you for the screenshot.

Trouble;shotonig a Restarting iPhone:

A. Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone apparently is stuck in a boot loop. And this typically happens when you unsuccessfully download somethings or an install is incomplete.  So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

B. About Battery Drain:

This is normal. Unfortunately, there is no way to know how, nor when, the Battery Health drained. It's all just a gustation on Apple's part. I've even seen my percentage increase at times. All batteries are prone to failure. So, no worries there.

Clearly you are not stuck in a boot loop or you wouldn't be able to post that screenshot.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%.

85% should not cause this behavior, make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
