control center not working (sort of)

for some reason i can't press the cellular data button from my control center, like i can't turn it on and off from there for some reason. i've restarted my phone and it's still not working, can someone help me please😭 (btw i can still turn it on and off from settings, and i can still press everything else, just not that specific button) (ignore my reply)

Cellular data working but no apps listed as using data iphone 13 running ios 16.4 Cellular data is working fine for all apps. Can not turn off data for individual apps as Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data show 0 bytes used in current period and states "Apps will appear after using data". Alternatively, going to Settings and selecting ANY app (eg Maps) will not show Cellular Data under "allow Maps to access". Any thoughts as to how to resolve?
