Please do not obsess over an inexact metric. Look how the Health reading on my wife's iPad 7 have jumped around over three years:

Hers is right at the 80 recent mark and still has acceptable runtimes. I find that shortened runtimes, assuming no other battery issues, start to appear around 70 percent.
Her iPad uses the same basic power technology as your iPhone

Same here, purchased an iPhone 14 plus on 2/09/2023 and it is 89% after less than 11 months.
purchased another iPhone 14 Pro in July 2023, and now the capacity is still 100%. Is that normal?

Same here 87% scary how fast it drops
Mine is down to 86% after 12 months. Sounds like since they got found out over slowing phones down to get you to upgrade they’ve switched to using battery health as the new upgrade tactic
My iphone 14 pro dropped from 98% in 2 January to 92% in 16 February, 6% in less than 2 months , how can apple explain this ..

from oct 9 till june 1 2024 my iphone14 dropped 12% now my battery health is 88% its disgrace !!

my brown new iPhone 14 pro max was only two months now and the battery health is at 89% what is the cause because I use a very good charger
In 8 months my iphone 14 battery drop to 91 % and even though i charge my phone from the apple charger 20watt
it is really shameful apple
