when I try and delete an app I tap and hold it and it only lets me “edit Home Screen” or “remove app from Home Screen” but that just means it’s in App Library and not actually deleting. I checked and deleting apps is allowed.

I’m trying to delete a third party app, and it’s the same for all of them, on my iPhone 13, IOS 16 I believe? And whenever I press and hold the app and press remove app, it only allows me to remove the app from Home Screen, and not delete the actual apps. When I go onto settings, I checked if deleted apps is allowed, and it is. I restarted my phone, and tried about everything I can think of, and I still can’t delete the app.
I can delete apps I hope this will allow me

Go to Sittings > screen time > content & privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > Allow
how do you check if you’re able to delete apps

Mine Option in media and app purchases is set to allow but when I delete the app it only remove it from Home Screen please someone help me fix it…?
