MacBook Pro M1 can no longer see my Epson 8550 printer - says its offline

Running Ventura 13.5.

Printer Issues! Can someone help me before I go crazy? I have an Epson 8550 printer and I am on a M1 MacBook Pro. Our router recently blew up so we got a new one (Technicolor DGA4134 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Gateway) running via Ubiquiti set up.

Ever since then none of the Macs (2 pros and one desktop) in our home can see the Epson printer or it just pops up intermittently (we have another Epson which still works fine). We also have a Windows desktop and laptop running 11 - no problem with the printer. iPhones and iPads - also no problem - all these can see the printer and send to it fine.

Thought it could be a router issue so updated everything, switched it off an on again, its definitely set to Dual Band (in case this was the issue).

I reset the Epson to factory settings and set it up again.

I have updated my Mac, deleted all the print drivers and settings, reinstalled. Mac keeps saying the printer is offline.

Any ideas? I desparately need this to start working again.
