Iphone 14+: Email errors when away from home: Gives error message " server not responding"

I have turned wifi on/off so as to use only the ATT to see if it's unique to either. But it happens if Wifi is turned on as well. As soon as I get home, my email updates with any emails since I left. Text works fine - no problem. And it only started happening a week or so ago. I use cablevision (optimum) for my emails. I have tried rebooting the phone while out. No luck....

I tested sending an email and it did send but it doesn't collect emails. I even went to the browser on my phone and logged into Optimum and can see there are emails there for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
