Bose QC45 microphone issue with Macbook Air
I'm having constant issue with my headset Bose QC45 on my Macbook Air (v. 2015, macOS Monterey).
When on conference calls I lose sound and the other side can't hear me.
I spent hours troubleshooting and testing with Bose support and narrowed it down to the microphone.
It only happens on the Mac, not on any other device, and I have trouble being heard on multiple apps (Zoom, Skype, WA), usually a few minutes into the call. The other side hears broken sound, crackling, noise, and eventually nothing at all.
I tried recording audio in QT Player. When I listen back to it the voice gets lost about 2 minutes into the recording.
The sound comes back on only when I use internal (Mac) microphone.
No reset (BT, unpairing or clearing library) helped.
Anyone has a similar issue? I tried everything and seems to be a Mac problem.
