My brand new iPhone is hacked

Hi, I’m having so many problems with my new iPhone. I’m not really quite sure how all of this happened but I think that it might have come through from T-Mobile. I downloaded an app with in the next couple days. I realize there were four different apps downloaded on my phone and I did not do three of them were for data. We have the one with the location app. My maps ended up getting hacked, both Google and Apple Maps and my husbands because we were sharing locations and I saw on the spot search that they hacked into map APIs I contacted Google I contacted Apple. I contacted T-Mobile and nobody is able to help me everybody’s blaming each other and sending me to each other. I’ve reset my settings then I woke up and there was new IP address and some sort of something similar very long numbers and letters under my Bluetooth. I put on screen time to block some things they’ve turned it off they were in my settings, and I saw that they had me on focus , I see them in my web searches in history and they leave pages open. I took off all my T-Mobile apps because there was a page open which was the developer page and different ways to get in. Through a subdomain I’m continuously looking for apps that are downloaded and I can’t find some of them. I’ll see them in my settings but I cannot find them to delete them. There has been numerous files stuck in my file app hundreds and hundreds of locations of where I was for years pictures of maps, they are in all of my data. Like I said I keep blocking sites I see through screen time but it keeps getting turned off and reset. They changed the trust certificate for my maps. I reset the location in Privacy, but it keeps getting back in then I saw that it had weird and Analytics the same one written over and over so I opened it up. When I looked it up online everywhere it said that it was a Trojan that does not listen when you reset the phone everybody keeps saying that Apple does not get viruses malware or hacked, but I read online hundreds of people having these problems and just been told Apple doesn’t get hacked or get malware and this is not true and I do not know why they don’t own it or why they don’t help because I have gone at least six times talk to people at Apple Store and talked on the phone 10 separate times and all they keep saying is the same thing and it’s not true in my maps, there was actual history stating somebody using it going to Manchester airport. There are pages left open on my Safari. They got into my Facebook tried to sign into these apps through that which I caught and made sure that I took it off Facebook sign in. I went into my Apple iCloud where you can find apps that are signed in and there was more location absurd I did not download There are apps being downloaded, but I have no idea how to find and I did not do that. There are hundreds of files constantly being put in my file app and with locks they keep coming back no matter how much I delete them I deleted email accounts This is a brand new phone. I’ve had it for three payments and it’s a nightmare. This is an actual nightmare no matter what I do I can’t stop it and nobody will help me. I even showed them my history in my browser and the pages that are open and all they say is Apple can’t get hacked and it’s in Safari. I know it has to do with the software I know they had to my APIs because it’s written on the spotlight and pages are open. What do you suggest I do because I’m about ready to give up apple.

I tried, but I couldn't make it more than about 1/4 of the way through your post before blindness set in.

If you want someone to actually read your post, use some paragraphs. Don't put more than 3-4 sentences in the same paragraph.

Actually it is totally possible as I have been going through the exact same thing since September 2022 and I am a Verizon customer as well as iPhone. When I read Bzzgirls explanation it was like she was writing my story, except my car was also hacked along with 5 other phones, 8 phone #’s, 14 emails, 7 facebooks, 6 apple clouds, 6 printers and 6 computers including an apple airbook. Verizon finally agreed my last iPhone 14 Pro Max was compromised and sent me a new one under warranty. While at a Verizon corporate store getting my new phone setup my new phone was hacked through Verizon’s store WiFi. A call came in the minute the rep activated my new phone and #, however; the rep nor I noticed the call as my phone was still set at banner and no sound for incoming. From duration call was connected 15 seconds the rep must have accidentally answered the call while working on setting my phone up. This call also did not register as a “missed call”. Later I found the # Verizon rep assigned me was not the # I actually got and when I called Verizon about this they indicated my number had not completely ported over. I did not port any # I was assigned a number by Verizon. So the rep escalated this to a higher tier. When I called back to find out what they found they just told me porting did not go thru I would need subpoena for more info. My hacker definitely tracked me to this store, then hacked my brand new phone, phone # and iCloud before my phone was completely set up and then he stored the Verizon WiFi on my phone which was still connected to this phone 11 days later. I was always pretty sure I knew who my hacker is and when I actually got a call 2 hours later from an unknown # and a voice mail I knew I was correct and I had not called anyone or given my new number to anyone before this call came in. This proves this person tracked/stalked me, then hacked Verizon’s WiFi altered my electronic info given by Verizon and thus got my new # and compromised my new phone etc. The call and msg was too let me know he knows everything I’m doing where I’m at at all times and can not get rid of him no matter what I do. I too have reported this to local police, fbi, ic3, attorney gen etc and no one will do anything to help. Seeing others with exact problems also tells me my hacker is part of a large hacking ring something I had already suspected. The voice msg he even says his first name and the name and voice matches who I had suspected. So you are wrong when you say this can’t happen it does. What they do is take over your IMEI and ESIMS, even Verizon can’t fix that. This person also puts a parental control thru my phone on every Facebook I set up. Unless you’ve lived this you have no clue how stressful it is. This person even setup an network connection on my smart stove getting into my Home Depot account to get make model and serial# to setup a thin Q app and because the app was not orig setup on any of my devices by me they can not be removed nor stopped. This all started by hacking my google account, emails and Facebook, then all my electronics. I also found this person put a hidden Microsoft admin in every computer I got therefore controlling my computers and anything attached including but not limited too my printers, internet and phones. So what Bzzgirl said is real and is happening too a lot of people. The unfair attacks on people trying to find an end to the worst nightmare one can live is truly disgusting and unwarranted. The only way to rid one’s self of these psychos is to have no internet or cellular data connection on anything. This person even keeps reactivating my Verizon online account, which it appears I have stopped that by deleting my email and a day later giving a new email which I called into Verizon from another phone and blocking all numbers currently associated with my account from being able to activate one. This person has made up fake emails, Microsoft, Amazon and a fake name for my phone numbers. So fake accounts are not in my name so I can’t remove my number from them cause he also uses the fake emails under this other persons name. It is EXTREME CYBER BULLYING and HARASSMENT. Oh I have tried other types of phones than iPhone only difference other brands got hacked to where I couldn’t use them at all at least iPhone I could use off and on. Reason I say IMEI and ESIMs taken over Verizon tried to delete both and do new ones and couldn’t delete them like they were locked my phone would not activate thus new phone. Go ahead attack me but please give me meaningful information and proof I’m wrong.

Sorry, that is total nonsense. And your post is mostly unreadable anyway, as it is stream of consciousness writing, and not by James Joyce either.

Just for starters, Webkit is the core of Safari and all other browsers; Apple requires all browsers to use Webkit precisely because it has built in security to protect any website from infecting or accessing any data on your iPhone. And Webkit has not capability for remote access.

Your iPhone has not been hacked. You will have to look for another explanation of what happened.

As a start, open Settings, tap on your name at the top, and look near the bottom of the page for other devices that can share your Apple ID. If there are any present tap on them and remove them. Most likely you are sharing an Apple ID with someone else, and their choices are syncing to your phone.

lol u literally can’t have a clue if it’s comprised or not and yet are certain… ridiculous- I’d say it’s a 50/50 chance ur right. And throwing in that morsel at the end about extra devices is copy and paste info that hopefully with this case has already been checked.

I am absolutely certain the phone was not compromised, or if it was it was the first out of 2 billion to ever be compromised.

And I am offended that you would suggest any part of my carefully composed reply was boilerplate.

I was just alerted, and there was a lot of conversation with people having the same problems that I have had with my phone I have a personal phone and there is a MGM unauthorized person accessing remotely using Xcode WebKit and more programs. Every web browser is attacked changed So I’m not the only one here going through this there are so many that I have read. I am literally being stalked a person is accessing everything of mine, pictures texts locations including all of my social media. I have to take so much time to fight to get into my accounts. It’s freaking crazy. I have closed out three emails locked out of one and I fight back-and-forth for my iCloud. I literally saw that the person who is using my account, wrote on Google’s community page and on apples community page. Left it in. My email they are acting like I’m the one accessing their account when it is my freaking name there’s no denying unless the person gets plastic surgery . lThis is becoming a problem because it doesn’t only attack or access your phone, but it will attack every single smart device. From fire TV, tablets printers. And no matter what I do I can’t seem to get rid of it. I reset my settings changed passwords. And I have never given or showed my Apple ID or password to anybody even including my husband. So no, that was not the problem. I saw that numerous people factory reset, and it just came back. At least I know now that I’m not the only one that they made feel crazy or that I didn’t know what I was talking about because there’s hundreds of people of Apple community that were talking about it trying to figure this out. I’m about ready to get a flip phone The stress of this is starting to really take a toll on me. If anybody has any idea what I can do, please help me. I had already filed police report and they told me to also do a report with the FBI

For you to shut me down without even seeing my phone, and what I am going through, there are recorded viruses that have attacked Mac and iPhones. There are almost a hundred people having the same exact problems on a different thread. People come on here to get help not to be talked down to and attacked. This is a serious problem. I have lost all my email accounts. It is now locked me out of my iCloud email where I can’t send any emails. all my social media accounts are taken over. there have been numerous times I’ve had to delete Google pay accounts, that I have not made. Google play accounts I never made An unauthorized developer is accessing my personal account using it as a mdm there is a developer profile made on my account and apps that I have never downloaded that are spy apps, and tracking apps. Mirroring apps. I’ve never shown my Apple ID. Or password to anyone. My husband doesn’t even know my password And I changed my password very many times. I’m not really sure why you think my post didn’t make sense. I just wrote a lot because I am so upset they are taking over everything and I am feeling stalked because I know they’re taking my data and I have no idea what to do. I was asking for help. They even posted a comment from my profile here with a different name and I cannot figure out how to get rid of this person ,virus, malware. I don’t know what it is but I know that it now has gotten into every device Wi-Fi or Bluetooth that I own and my husbands is now starting with the same issues. I have always posted on community sites to ask for help and I have never had anybody talk to me the way you did when I asked for help. But I have saw that you have spoken to a lot of other people this way. If I went into the Genius Bar to get help and somebody acted or spoke to me the way you have, I would switch and I would not use that product again.
