Macos upgrades

I get messages indicating that i don't have the latests software os, is macos high sierra 10.13.6 the latest version for my mac pro. I have it set for auto updating.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and if your Mac Pro is a 2013 or newer model, or has been upgraded with a Metal-capable graphics card, then on the download link for a more-recent OS. If you're referring to a portable MacBook Pro instead of a desktop Mac Pro, it needs to be a 2012 or newer one.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.

to tell you the latest macOS that your Mac can run, we need to know which Mac you have. please use Apple Menu > About This Mac, and let us know the model and year of your Mac.
