Macos upgrades

I get messages indicating that i don't have the latests software os, is macos high sierra 10.13.6 the latest version for my mac pro. I have it set for auto updating.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and if your Mac Pro is a 2013 or newer model, or has been upgraded with a Metal-capable graphics card, then on the download link for a more-recent OS. If you're referring to a portable MacBook Pro instead of a desktop Mac Pro, it needs to be a 2012 or newer one.


Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
