Iâve seen several posts from other users, why isnât Apple listening. Not everyone wants App Library. I had my apps organized in folders the way I wanted them. Now I only have one Home Screen and a jumble in the App Library. I donât want to have to reorganize everything again.

With iOS 14 and later, you can hide pages to streamline how your Home Screen looks and add them back whenever you want. Here's how to hide a page:
To unhide a page, repeat the steps above.
You do have to use it when you make an extra swipe. We are forced to use it. Remove it.

turn off the App Library
+1 let people disable the cards they donât use ffs. Let people disable âtoday viewâ and âapp libraryâ. Why we have to swipe into them all the time. Never used it anyway.

You don't have to swipe to them if you don't use them. And posting a "+1" here accomplishes nothing. Apple doesn't read here for feedback or suggestions. You can, however, let them know your preferences here:

I just don't get what the issue is. I don't use the App Library as I too have all of my apps organized in folders as I want. It doesn't bother me in the least that the App Library exists as again, I don't have a need to use it. Just don't swipe to it and if you do, swipe back. How hard is that?

Your issue isn't with the App Library. It's with how to delete apps.
Having the App Library doesn't mean you can't delete apps. Either when you are deleting apps from the Home Screen, you're not choosing the correct option (Chose "Delete App", not "Remove from Home Screen) or you have deleting apps restricted in Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions>iTunes & App Store Purchases>Deleting Apps.
If you chose the wrong option but deletion isn't restricted, you can delet the apps from the App Library (and the phone) by pressing and holding on the icon in App Library.
