MacOS Sierra won’t install and says “An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.”

I have tried it multiple times and it says the same thing. I factory reset my Mac because it was having Wifi issues after I installed MacOS Ventura. Since then, I am not able to login nor download macOS Sierra. When I turn on my Mac it shows a flashing folder with a question mark and when I try to run recovery mode, it doesn’t let me install the macOS Sierra.

I have an iMac 2017.
